Xiaomi has launched its brand new K-series smartphones in India. The company has started this series with the launch of Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi K20 smartphones.
The Redmi K20 Pro is priced at Rs 27,999 for 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant priced at Rs 30,999. The Redmi K20 comes with a price tag of Rs 21,999 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is priced at Rs 23,999.
As a launch offer, the Xiaomi is offering Rs 2,000 cashback for Alpha Sale customers, if they purchase through ICICI Bank credit card. Airtel customers will get double data benefit for Rs 249 and Rs 299 prepaid plan, along with Airtel Thanks Gold tier benefits.
Both Redmi K20 Pro and K20 come in Glacier Blue, Flame Red, and Carbon Black color options. Both will be available from 23rd July at Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home stores.
The Company also announced the 20 limited editions of Redmi K20 Pro Signature Edition. The Signature Edition is made with pure diamond and gold. Xiaomi claims that the limited edition smartphone comes with a manufacturing cost of Rs 4,80,000.
Redmi K20 Pro Specifications:
The phone features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 2340 X 1080 screen resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.9 percent screen to body ratio, and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The smartphone is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 855 chipset, along with Adreno 640 GPU.
Redmi K20 Pro sports a triple rear camera setup. It features a 48MP Sony IMX 586 primary sensor with f/1.75 aperture, 13MP wide-angle sensor with 124.8 degree field of view, and 8MP tertiary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For the front, it has 20MP pop-up selfie camera.

Redmi K20 brings in identical display specifications, featuring a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display too. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor along with Adreno 616 GPU, 6GB RAM, and up to 128GB internal storage.
The phone also comes with a triple rear camera setup with 48MP Sony IMX 582 primary sensor, 13MP wide-angle lens with f/2.4 aperture and 8MP telephoto lens. It has a same 20MP pop-up front camera for selfies and video calls.
OS, Battery and Connectivity:
Both smartphones run MIUI10 based upon Android 9.0 pie, and are fueled by a 4000mAh battery. The Redmi K20 comes with a 18W fast charging supports, while K20 Pro has a 27W fast charging support. Connectivity features include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port on both devices.
